The average price in this region is around Rs. 9,000 per sq ft which is cheap by the Mumbai standards. Besides, many developers here are developing integrated townships with all the modern amenities.

This region’s transformation from a sleeping region to bustling metropolis has attracted even the branded developers. One can also hope for the delivery of quality products from them.
3. Easy Accessibility
It is well connected to the Mumbai region thanks to its connectivity to the Eastern and Western Express highway. The region has 14 lane roads while all the junctions have fly-overs . This has significantly reduced traffic congestion. Recently, the Maharashtra CM gave a nod to the Thane Metro which will connect Thane region to the rest of Mumbai. This is also set to give a major boost to region’s connectivity.

This region holds high employment potential with several IT companies like TCS setting their head office here. This is set to give a boost to the residential growth. Besides, Ghodbunder Road is also quite close to the Thane-Belapur road which is slowly emerging as an IT hub.
The only thing to watch out for will be the upgradation of existing infrastructure to cope up with the massive population that is expected to come here.
