You know home is where it all begins and we give you a peek inside a rather minimalistic house. The right balance of all the elements, may it be sky water land everything. All balanced, giving it a complete and classy look.
Gautam Dutta started with the colour palette. The right mix of muted colours and rich tones results in a house that's both comfortable and stylish. This is a house that Gautam and family really love to live in, so they have chosen a design that will stand the test of time. His house incorporates kick-back-comfortable moments into a home that is vibrant and is a personal gallery of treasures.
Gautam Dutta said that he thinks a house that comes up organically where everybody has something to contribute makes a home and he didn't want a perfect home.
With vivid colour, natural patterns and a flood of natural light, Dutta gives his house the gift of eternal beauty. He wanted to loosen up his house and added the flood of natural sunlight using floor-to-ceiling windows. He added by saying everything came up very organically and they looked at cheap materials which were really quirky. People who hadn't used it before were used differently.
One look at his room shows how right he was to take a less minimalist path. He adds by saying "I feel an art really adds a lot of value to your house. It always shows the world what you are. When you use earthy material, when you allow for a lot of light when you allow for a lot of natural air and temperatures to be cooled and when you know you wouldn't be using too much air conditioning in the house you do not want to over borrow resources like water and electricity and heat you tend to make better homes and pick the right product and fall in line of making a smart home"
The space on the terrace was utilised and transformed into an urban farm and he also opted for a radiation-free home enhancing the wellbeing of the house.
Well, if inspirational minimalist interiors are what you are in search for, then Dutta's house might just become the trendsetter.
